RC Case HANDLING VERTICAL REciprocating CONVEYORs

 Verticon's®  case handling vertical conveyors are either electrically or pneumatically driven and can move loads weighing up to 500 lbs.  

The "RC" Series Unit operates utilizing a top-mounted motor/brake/reducer unit to raise and lower the conveyor bed while the "RP" Series utilizes a pneumatic cable cylinder. Speeds range from 30 to 300 or more FPM. Positioning and over-travel limit switches assure proper conveyor positioning all the time.

• Integral conveyor [dimensions TBD] of multi-poly belt design [Verticon developed standby used on most of our RC case/tote lifts for decades] with outboard 2” grooved drive rollers and 1.9” idler rollers on 3-4” center with 1/3 hp Sumitomo  cyclo drive with dc brake and photo-eyes on  both ends running at 90-120 fpm 
• Total throughput of 8 cycles per minute at 10’ of net lift, throughput of 10 cycles per minute at 8’ of net lift 
• Typical adjustable bottom position 30” above floor level
